Ann Adent was born on July 27, 1944, in Evergreen Park,
Illinois. She married John Anthony Leszczewicz on October
19, 1968, in Bradley, Illinois. They had four children
during their marriage. She died on October 17, 1995, at the
age of 51, and was buried in Bourbonnais, Illinois.
