Stephen Long

Steven Long, 67, of Chebanse, died Thursday (April 19, 2012) at Momence Meadows Nursing Center & Rehabilitation. There will be no visitation or services. Brown Funeral Home, Manteno, is in charge of arrangements.

He was born May 11, 1944, in Kankakee, the son of Ray and Marion Gephart Long. His wife, Sandy Long, preceded him in death.

Surviving are three children, Stacy, Stuart and Ryan Long; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Elizabeth Burton, Kathy and Bob Nichols and Melissa and Danny Smith; and three brothers, David Long, Rick Wilhoyt and Bob Wilhoyt.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Randy and Don Wilhoyt.
