Pamela Ann Mattocks was born on
August 11, 1944, in Cherokee, Iowa. She lived in Kankakee,
Illinois, in 1962. She married Donald William Johnson and they
had two daughters. She died on May 28, 2018, at the age of 73,
and was buried in Elwood, Illinois.
