Roscoe Frye was born on December 16, 1944, in Bloomington,
Indiana, the son of Lucille and Roscoe Frye. His

He
married Elma J. Mullins in Columbus, Indiana, on June 29,
1975. He died on November 11, 2011, in Bloomington,
Indiana, at the age of 66.
