Frances Karen Hill - 1944-1997

Frances Karen Hill, 53, of Chebanse, died Tuesday (Nov. 4, 1997) at Olympia Fields Hospital.

Burial will be in Kankakee Memorial Gardens.

She was born May 19, 1944 in Kankakee, the daughter of Francis and Dorothy Rothermel Hill.

For four years she was a prep cook at the Kankakee Country Club. Before that she was employed by Davidson's West.

For many years Miss Hill and her mother owned and operated Dorothy's Antiques in Kankakee.

Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Jon and Daschelle Hill of Chebanse; five sisters and brothers- in-law, Susan and Richard Duncan of Clifton, Judy and Marvin Saathoff of Herscher, Marilyn and Sam Martino of Bradley, Ebtty and Jimmie Bavis of Chebanse, Phyllis and Jim Karnes of San Diego, Calif.; four brothers and two sisters-in-law, Kevin and Ellen Hill of Bonfield, Tom and Jan Hill and Brian Hill, all of Bloomington, and Dennis Hill of Berwyn; one grandson; a sister-in-law, Connie Hill Rosenbrock of Manteno and one brother-in-law, Robert Saathoff of Chebanse; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Deceased are her parents and one sister, Patricia Saathoff.
