Eva Darlene Field 1944-2012

Eva Darlene Dawson, 67, of Edwardsburg, Indiana, died March 11, 2012.  She was born May 25, 1944, in Anderson, IN, the daughter of Leonard and Naomi Fields. Eva was the former owner of “Curling Iron,”a beauty shop in Elkhart. Survivors include her husband, Ronald Gene Dawson, whom she married Feb.12, 1972, in Elkhart.

Note: Social Security death index lists that she was a resident of Illinois when SSN issued in 1960-1961.  I found no record directly linking her to Kankakee other than the yearbook entry. Her full name and birth date, however, are consistent with the yearbook listing.  Her older brother and sister were both married in Kankakee, too.
