Eldon
H. Boudreau 1943-2015
Eldon H. Boudreau, 71, of St. Anne,
passed away Tuesday (June 30, 2015) at his home.
He was born Oct. 1, 1943, in Kankakee, the son of Henry and Mary
Rose Bertrand Boudreau.
Eldon married Joan LaFine on Feb. 9, 1963, at St. Patrick
Church.
He retired from Armstrong World Industries after 36 1/2 years of
service, was a member of Hieland Road Hot Rods, St. Patrick
Church and enjoyed vacationing at his lake house in Missouri.
Surviving are his wife, of St. Anne; two sons, Scot and Suzanne
Boudreau, of Bourbonnais, and Michael and Jyll Boudreau, of
Bourbonnais; grandchildren, Kyle and Emily Boudreau, Jonathan
(Shari) Boudreau, Luke Boudreau, Noah Boudreau, Andrew Boudreau,
Connor Boudreau and Audrey Boudreau; sister, Shirley Harrawood,
of Englewood, Tenn.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry and
Cindy Boudreau, of Bloomington; Edgar Boudreau, of Englewood,
Tenn., Roaul and Cyndi Boudreau and Mary Boudreau, of
Bourbonnais.
Sisters and brothers-in-law, Arliss DeYoung, of Bourbonnais,
Melvin LaFine, of Kankakee, Julie LaFine, of Kankakee, Mary
LaFine, of Bourbonnais, Dee and Marcia LaFine, of Maumee, Ohio,
Linda and Danny Grace, of Bourbonnais; and several nieces,
nephews, neighbors and friends.
He also was godfather to Jeanette Luehrs, Laura Daily and Adam
Boudreau.
Preceding him in death were his parents; one brother, Jerry;
in-laws, Jake and Lena LaFine; and brothers-in-law, Kenny,
Swede, and Marvin LaFine; Keith DeYoung; and Fred Harrawood.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at
Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais. Funeral Mass will be
at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Kankakee.
Burial will be in Kankakee Memorial Gardens in Aroma Township.
