Albert
C. Belisle 1944-2018
Albert C. Belisle, age 75, of Bradley passed away Sunday,
October 7, 2018 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee. He was
born June 28, 1943 in Kankakee, the son of Fred Belisle &
Rachel Wall. Albert married Sharon Lanoue on July 1, 1961 at
St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bradley.
Albert graduated from Kankakee High School
in 1962. He owned and operated 3 local Amoco gas stations for
25 years. He also owned Al’s Automotive and Speedy Bee Muffler
for 12 years. He retired from St. Martin of Tours Catholic
Church after 10 years of service.
Albert loved to go on fishing trips with
the men of his family, and also fishing with the rest of his
family, especially his grandchildren. Albert was a fan of the
Chicago Cubs, Notre Dame football, Bishop McNamara football,
and was a huge Chicago Bears fan. He enjoyed working in his
yard. Albert was very involved with his family members
passions and hobbies.
Surviving are his wife, Sharon Belisle of
Bradley; two sons and two daughters-in-law, Keith & Julie
Belisle of Morgan Hill, CA and Kurt & Stacey Belisle of
Manteno; two daughters and two sons-in-law, Dalonda &
Randy Hurst of Kankakee and Kayla & Jeff Schultz of Aroma
Park; 17 grandchildren, Erika (Mike) Dalton, Ashley (Jonathon)
Copeland, Cassandra Hurst, Jake Paquette, Mike Paquette, Gabe
Paquette, Elizabeth Paquette, Brendan Paquette, Kristen
Lively, and Taylor Vidrine, Josh (Ava) Belisle, Jeremy
Belisle, Justin Belisle, Kathleen Belisle, Kimberly Belisle,
Madison Belisle, Siena Belisle; and six great-grandchildren.
Albert was preceded in death by his father, Fred Belisle; his
mother and step-father, Rachel & Harold Wisnowski; and his
sister, Nancy Gonzalez.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m.
Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in
Bourbonnais. A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday,
October 11, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bradley.
Cremation rites will be accorded following the service.
Private family inurnment will be held at All Saints Cemetery
in Bourbonnais.
